the bachelor's semester

last fri, i sat for mgt accounting test. it was fine despite me bit panicky during the first few mins of reading time. my first impression of the 2qn test was yikes! n so shitty but completing them was not as diff as it looked. after 30mins of gd strategy n race against time, i was overjoyed and hungry..
another test be this coming wed, the ever boring subject; company law. im so unsettled of its few topics, one being 'Outsiders -types of authority, the "alter ego"', the other 'Ultra vires in articles and memorandum'. Bah! as boring as they sounded.. i shant whine further.. the last test for this mth(yet another in march!) will be the exhilarating corporate accounting subject on the 27th.
so far, my bachelor's journey accompanied by sweetie miharuchan is a productive and exciting one.. the semester took off fast and will soon be over by early april. exams scheduled on may.
my miharuchan dear, we r to achieve HDs & Ds as part of our grades?!
