Our short Malacca trip
Ached bums.
rough ride on the roads.
Lil Diya well behaved yet the most noisiest as he shrieked "r we there yet?"in baby lang as our destination were nearby. the passengers entertained ourselves with our mp3 gadgets and magazines most of the time. my preggie and elder sis navigated the roads with maps on hand as the pilot and his assistant were quite directionless during the trip. if we could have more time, the tawap satu melaka will do justice.
First day was pretty much slack as most of us had short naps upon arrival. In evening went ahead with bazaar shopping & dinner. "Kampong Musai bazaar" was the reason i remembered Jln ayer leleh(passed by close to 4times)clearly n Jln taman perbandaraan next to it but a shame as the musai estate looked far than a colorful/bright lighted and busy area. Kg. Musai is a deserted and gloomy village by the entrance. and so the drivers didnt quite decide to enter the kampong. so did us. eerie.. heh! adventurous.
2nd day, morning start with KFC for breakfast. disappointment as we expected MacD b.fast instead but to our discovery they don sell them! hmmph!(there went the hotcakes dance in my head.) then, we were given an hour of shopping to do. sis & i split from the gang and went to get our listed items; mum's souvenir-handbag(not at all memoir of melaka), myself an adidas cap from royal sporting hse & sis gotten a bag and hair accessories for herself. no good to rush when shopping. we didnt get enough for ourselves. & so we failed our shopping mission. nevertheless, its good to have loads of cash still..Next, was a 40mins drive to A.Famosa resort.
A.Famosa resort was a fun-filling resort stop with lots of activities for the whole family. They have nice big banglos lots for rent, horse riding, paintball game, 4D theatre shows, water park, the cowboy park, etc. we only managed to get to the water park, the rest was sightseeing. i swam, err not really it was more to dip myself and gotten wet in the lazy pool, had so much fun & laughter in the man made waves and waterfall & lots of screams in the family ruff activity. heh! guess its been long time that i gotten myself in the pool. FUN WET.
Approx at 630pm we departed A.Famosa and searched a nearby restaurant for dinner. Indian food was a given choice. had delicious, hot telor and plain roti chanai accompanied with thumbs up! teh tarik. Yummy..a good dinner and happy tummies, we headed straight for spore at 8pm. 3-4hours drive. all tired and grumpy. had slight prob at the immigration and alhamdulilah handled well.
Everyone gathered at mum's before headed to their respective homes. exhausted. eyes droopy. body ached.
Nevertheless the trip ended with smiles on our faces.
